Kkclub Terms and Conditions – Complete Platform Usage Guide

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and the management of the kkclub platform ("kkclub", "we", "Platform"). This document defines the rights and responsibilities of both parties in the use of all services provided under the kkclub name.

Access to and use of the kkclub platform — including the website, mobile app, games, live casino services, sports betting, and all other features — is fully governed by these terms and conditions. 2 Member Eligibility

3 Account Registration

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the kkclub platform. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation that may result in the closure of all related accounts and the forfeiture of balances and winnings.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. kkclub reserves the right to verify the validity of all information provided through the KYC (Know Your Customer) process before any withdrawal is approved.

• An active and reachable phone number and email address are required
• KYC documents (national ID, passport, or driver's licence) are required before your first withdrawal
• Using another person's identity or false information during registration is strictly prohibited

• The withdrawal method must match or be equivalent to the deposit method used
• Minimum and maximum deposit/withdrawal limits vary depending on the payment method selected
• Using another person's bank account or digital wallet for deposits or to receive withdrawals is strictly prohibited
• kkclub reserves the right to temporarily hold withdrawals for verification purposes if suspicious activity is detected

5 Bonuses & Promotions

Kkclub offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback, seasonal promotions, and more. Each bonus is subject to specific conditions stated in the relevant promotion's terms.

• Every bonus has a wagering requirement that must be met before a withdrawal can be made
• The welcome bonus is only available to members registering for the first time and making their first deposit
• The validity period of each bonus is stated in the terms of each promotion — expired bonuses will be forfeited automatically
• Using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus is fraudulent and will result in all accounts being closed

6 Game Rules

All games on the kkclub platform — including slots, live casino, sports betting, and fish shooting — have their own rules that should be understood before playing. Game outcomes are determined by a certified random number generator (RNG) system or by real dealers in the case of live casino.

• Finalised game results cannot be disputed without clear technical evidence
• In the event of a technical error affecting game outcomes, kkclub reserves the right to void the affected round
• Wins obtained during an unintentional technical disruption may be subject to review

• Sharing your account login credentials with others is strictly prohibited

• Spreading false or misleading information about the platform to other users is strictly prohibited

8 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your kkclub account login credentials secure. The kkclub platform will never ask for your password via email, phone, or chat — be vigilant against phishing attempts.

• Use a strong, unique password — a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for added protection
• Report to customer support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization
• Do not log in to your kkclub account over an unsecured public Wi-Fi network
• kkclub is not responsible for losses arising from a member's own negligence in safeguarding their login credentials

9 Account Closure & Suspension

Kkclub reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any member account where there is reasonable cause, without prior notice in serious cases.

• Violation of any term in this document may result in immediate account closure
• Fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity will be reported to the relevant authorities
• Members wishing to voluntarily close their account may contact customer support — eligible balances will be returned following a review
• Accounts inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to administrative fees or closure

10 Limitation of Liability

The kkclub platform is provided "as is" and we make no guarantee that the service will always be free from interruptions, errors, or vulnerabilities. We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime at all times.

Kkclub is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform, including financial losses resulting from game outcomes, technical disruptions, or unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence.
